In connection with the exercise of activities before the European courts, we have established case law in the European Court of human rights in Strasbourg  after successful representation of our clients to the court. Ιn one of the cases the person that was imposed on provisional detention for committing a felony filed his complaint through our law firm to the court and the Court ruled that the provisional detention is illegal and contrary to the provisions of European Convention of Human Rights and article 5 par 3 of the European Convention.

Morover has been judged that it has been violated the right of the presumption of innocence of the applicant (article 6 par.1 of the European Convention of Human Rights).

In another case that we brought before the European Court of Human rights the court ruled that has been a violation of the negative aspect of the right of association (the right to choose not to be a member of an association) Aricle 11 par. 2 of the European court of Human rights. At the same time, we represent and be involved in othe cases pending before the European Court Human rughts having form success also in judicial process in the English Language.
